On the afternoon of November 30, the academic experience sharing meeting for the excellent graduate students of the College of Ocean Science and Engineering in Grade 2022 was held in the lecture hall of the library, and the new graduate students in grade 2023 participated.
The sharing session invited three graduate students of the Class of 2022 to share their experiences. Materials and chemical engineering students Yang Songpu through the way of video with the students made a share, he suggested that we should have a plan and direction in learning, in scientific research to learn more and ask more, in the mood to maintain stability, more exercise. Li Qingming, master of Hydraulic Engineering, made a wonderful sharing from five aspects: the determination of research direction, the proposal of problems, research methods, writing papers and submission. Dang Yabin, a master of hydraulic engineering, combined with his own experience from reading literature, writing the text, and changing the format of three aspects to share, that scientific research should be done to read literature with a target, write the text from scratch, and change the format. Subsequently, the students of Yayan I actively conducted face-to-face questions and answers with the two sharers present. The sharers gave answers in turn from three aspects: ability cultivation, mentality maintenance and time management, pointed out how to improve executive power and self-control, answered how to deal with the problem of uncertain goals, and how to deal with the conflict between their own learning plan and the scientific research task assigned by the teacher.
This academic experience sharing meeting has built a platform for academic exchange and scientific research display of new and old graduate students, stimulated the academic spirit of pursuing truth and daring to explore, promoted the extensive exchange of excellent scientific research results, and effectively helped freshmen broaden their scientific research ideas and get familiar with professional knowledge.
