Resume is the stepping stone of job hunting, is the first way for employers to understand the candidate, an excellent resume can increase the probability of success in the interview. The lecture focused on Resume making and Interview skills. Ms. Sun Hanfen explained the composition of resume, the writing method of each part of resume, the principles of resume making, the minefield of resume making, etc. The basic composition of resume includes basic information, educational background, internship experience, awards and honors, campus experience, professional skills and others. Resume preparation principles require clear logic, focus, accurate language, attention to detail; The minefields of resume preparation include unclear description, random photos, lack of focus and highlights, and incorrect delivery; In addition, Teacher Sun also displayed some excellent resume templates, so that students can more truly appreciate the layout planning, highlights, characteristics, etc., for students to accurately improve the resume and avoid job hunting mistakes to provide effective help.
