In order to encourage and urge the majority of young teachers to actively apply for the youth fund, do scientific research as soon as possible, and lay the foundation for the later organized and targeted scientific research, the college organizes a weekly guidance exchange meeting for the application of youth science fund projects.
On the afternoon of September 28, the school invited 5 experts from the school to give comprehensive guidance to two young teachers in the direction of environment and safety from the aspects of project topic selection, research content, research basis, research status, etc., and gave specific suggestions to improve the quality of project application and the later guidance plan.
During the tutoring process of the project, the teachers held academic discussions on the combination of project topic selection and current research hotspots, the focus of research direction and the development of organized scientific research.
