At 18:15 on December 19, Niu Lei, counselor of the College of ocean science and engineering, carried out online theme education mental health theme exchange for all 2020 students of the college in the form of Tencent meeting.
Mr. Niu Lei introduced in detail the occurrence and development process of psychological crisis, the identification of crisis signals and the process of crisis intervention, and focused on the crisis signal rating before the crisis, the relationship establishment during the crisis, the cognitive education after the crisis and the follow-up visit after the intervention. Through the sharing of crisis intervention examples, this paper analyzes the causes of College Students' psychological problems and reminds students to care about each other. At the same time, I introduced to my classmates the location, opening time and the platform of WeChat official account of our psychological counseling center, and told us that when confronted with the difficult psychological problems, we should detect it, face it and actively seek outside help.
